Ultra-niche global community

A camera body shared by people who never meet.

forty.photo treats software as a camera body. Every member uses the same horizontal posture, the same crop, and the same posting constraints. The product is intentionally not optimized for every mobile use case.

The local log records captures, publishing history, and practice streaks. The community shows photographs without comment threads, so attention stays on the frame rather than conversation.

True capture Community posts must originate from the in-app camera. Metadata is preserved and audited where possible.
Fresh posting Upload is designed around a short post-capture window, keeping the shared feed close to the moment of shooting.
No comments Profiles, follows, likes, and reports may exist, but text conversation is intentionally excluded.
